DIRECTOR
My name is Emma Starks, and I am the Director of Project One Love Inc. I have a National CDA, Associate Degree in Applied Science from Ivy Tech, and currently working on my bachelor's degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. I have been working with children for the last 10 years and developed Project One Love in 2012. I believe all kids deserve to have a safe and loving environment to learn and grow in. We strive every day to make a lasting impact on each child that comes through our center. I am devoted to serve the absolute best childcare to children of all ages. You can rest easy knowing your child is in the best hands with us.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Yvonne Starks has been with Project One Love Inc since 2017, overseeing the administrative functions in the office. She enjoys being creative and is always looking for ways to improve and streamline functions. Yvonne uses her positive attitude to encourage others to work to their full potential. In her free time, Yvonne loves to read, write and do fun things with her grandson.
Brian L. Sargent
FACILITY MANAGER
My name is Brian Sargent, I am an Indiana native; I currently work in the healthcare field; and I have spent the last 25 years in management roles; assisting organizations in streamlining processes and developing proficiencies. I joined Project One Love to bring my skill set to an organization that looks to serve and add value to the community. I also look to assist the organization with continuing its mission of being a resource to the community, and to support the idea of building families first.
